VOICE + CUSTOMER OPERATIONS

Connect the conversation to the action that followed.

Voice platforms already provide valuable call logs, transcripts and tool traces. LoopGrid is designed to complement them when the important evidence spans customer verification, policy or approval, a downstream API action and the business system's confirmed result.

BEYOND CALL LOGGING

The consequential evidence may live outside the voice platform.

The question is not whether a call was recorded. It is whether an enterprise can reconstruct the full evidence of the action that followed across the voice platform, approval layer and external business system.

BOOKINGS + ACCOUNTS

Customer-requested changes

Connect the interaction to authorization, policy, booking/account mutation and the system response.

REFUNDS + PAYMENTS

Financial actions from a conversation

Preserve amount, thresholds, required approval, tool execution and payment-system confirmation.

INSURANCE + SERVICE

Policy and service workflows

Capture identity/eligibility context, approvals, downstream policy or claims-system actions and observed outcomes.

PRIVACY + CORRELATION

You do not need to centralize every transcript.

LoopGrid can correlate the evidence path with a call/workflow ID while sensitive payloads remain encrypted, redacted into commitments, or customer-side depending on the configured privacy mode.

01

Call / workflow correlation

A durable identifier linking the conversation to the consequential business decision.

02

Verification + authority

The captured result of customer verification or delegated authority relevant to the action.

03

Approval + policy

Thresholds, business rules and human review preserved as signed history.

04

Tool + outcome

The downstream API request and the response reported by the authoritative business system.

REFERENCE WORKFLOW

A voice-agent refund is a simple cross-system proof.

The synthetic demo begins with a customer request, records the agent context and refund policy, passes through human approval, calls a mock payment system and seals the resulting evidence. It is intentionally provider-neutral and uses fictional data.

What this does not claim

The reference workflow is not an official integration with any voice platform. It demonstrates the evidence pattern. A production implementation would integrate with the chosen provider's supported tool/webhook interfaces and the enterprise's own action boundary.

DESIGN PARTNER

Test one voice-triggered business action.

Bookings, refunds, account changes and policy workflows can all start with synthetic data.
