Website Terms
Effective: 31 August 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing loopgrid.io or using publicly available LoopGrid evaluation materials, you agree to these Terms. If you are evaluating LoopGrid on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
2. Evaluation-stage service
LoopGrid v0.8 is currently presented as a controlled design-partner release, not Production GA. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, preview, demo and evaluation features may change, may contain defects and are provided for testing rather than production reliance.
3. No compliance or legal guarantee
LoopGrid can create technical evidence that may support governance, audit, security and regulatory workflows. Evidence integrity is not by itself a legal, regulatory, security or compliance determination. Customers remain responsible for evaluating their own obligations and controls.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use LoopGrid to violate law, interfere with service security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, abuse credentials, or intentionally submit data you are not authorized to process. Evaluation credentials must be kept confidential.
5. Customer data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the data, prompts, tool calls, records and other content you submit, including having the rights and permissions necessary to process that information. You are also responsible for selecting suitable privacy, retention, access and deployment settings.
6. Open-source components
Some LoopGrid software may be made available under an open-source license. Open-source components are governed by the applicable repository license. Hosted services, trademarks, commercial features and design-partner arrangements may be governed separately.
7. Intellectual property
Except for open-source components and third-party materials, LoopGrid retains its rights in its website, branding, documentation, service software and related materials. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
8. Third-party services
LoopGrid may integrate with third-party models, cloud providers, timestamp authorities, databases, observability systems and tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change independently of LoopGrid.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, evaluation materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, regulatory compliance or error-free performance.
10. Limitation and commercial agreements
Liability, service levels, security commitments, support obligations, data processing and indemnities for a commercial or design-partner deployment should be addressed in a separate written agreement. These general website terms do not replace such an agreement.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as LoopGrid evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
