Privacy Policy
Effective: 31 August 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how LoopGrid handles personal information collected through loopgrid.io, communications with prospective customers and design partners, and related product-evaluation activities. Product deployments may also be governed by separate customer agreements, data-processing terms and workspace settings.
2. Information we may collect
- Contact information you provide, such as name, work email, company and role.
- Communications, support requests, design-partner applications and feedback.
- Basic website/device data such as browser type, approximate region, referral source and security logs, when enabled.
- Account and workspace metadata when you evaluate or use LoopGrid.
- Technical telemetry necessary to operate, secure and improve the service.
3. Decision-evidence payloads
LoopGrid is designed to support multiple evidence/privacy modes. Depending on deployment configuration, customer payloads may be stored in encrypted form, redacted into cryptographic commitments, or retained only as proof/metadata. Customers are responsible for configuring LoopGrid appropriately for the data and legal obligations applicable to their use case.
4. How we use information
We may use information to provide and secure the website and service, respond to requests, evaluate design-partner opportunities, maintain product integrity, improve features, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate hosting, security, communications, analytics or support, subject to appropriate contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of LoopGrid, our users or others.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to legal, security and contractual obligations. LoopGrid's product architecture supports configurable disclosure retention and erasure while preserving signed evidence commitments where configured.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. No system can guarantee absolute security, and the current public product should not be described as certified or compliant with a specific security standard unless such certification has been independently obtained.
8. Your choices
You may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
9. International use
LoopGrid may be operated using infrastructure in more than one country. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal entity, infrastructure and regulatory requirements evolve. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
